The year-by year tables are for standard passenger car plates. With this edition, more information is also provided for appraising motorcycle plates, based upon generalized decennial layers, in a new appendix to the book, appearing for the first time in this edition.
LPV-10 is currently available in two formats, the standard perfect bound book as in the past (shown in the photo), or the special wire-bound version (lays-flat style). LPV is based upon the work and experience of Bob Crisler, a long-time collector and ALPCA member. He has established a network of information from numerous sources, including other noted collectors and hobbyists, internet auctions, and store sales, in order to put together this invaluable resource. In the past, many collectors and estates have used this reference as a guide in establishing approximate value expectations.
The cost of the tenth edition has been maintained at the old pricing structure of $24.95. We normally use priority mail, which is an additional $5.00 for the first copy (no additional postage for the second or third copy ordered at the same time).
